NDA
Due to an NDA, I cannot display specifics of my project online. Below is a short summary.
I led the UX research and design for a large-scale internal tool used to manage recurring financial communications. The existing workflow was heavily manual, time-consuming, and relied on multiple disconnected systems, resulting in operational inefficiencies, frequent errors, and significant strain on employees.
To address these challenges, I conducted extensive user research with teams across several markets to understand their responsibilities, constraints, and pain points. Based on this insight, I designed a series of features that improved clarity, reduced manual steps, and supported a more consistent, automated process.
My work focused on creating transparency around system actions, simplifying complex tasks, centralizing essential communication flows, and reducing cognitive load during edge cases. I collaborated closely with product and engineering teams to ensure all solutions were technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
As a result, the redesigned system substantially reduced manual effort, improved accuracy, strengthened internal and external communication, and increased employee confidence in the process. The project delivered meaningful operational improvements, while creating a more intuitive and reliable experience for those responsible for high-volume financial tasks.
